After years of working on high-profile development and construction projects across Europe and the Middle East, Serin Founder Christopher Rodia saw the need to reconnect Director-level experience in the asset development supply chain and their clients. So in 2017, Christopher teamed up with trusted colleagues to create Serin, Operations Director Gabriel Ryan and Commercial Director Jon Devine.

From the outset, Serin’s executive team took a more hands-on, on-the-ground presence in every project it undertook. This method meant clients could better understand and trust the development process at an executive level, and were able to review the minor details that would bring their vision to life, and turn a good asset into a great one.

This more collaborative approach immediately saw huge improvements in project costs and time, more secure relationships with clients and, perhaps most importantly, a better product for the end-user.
