In early 2023, Harinsa Qatar and La Jolla Group asked Serin to provide Project Management support for the completion stage and pre-opening phase of its newest luxury hotel in the Al Dafna, Westbay Business District in Doha. With a plot area of 6,600m² and a total Built-Up Area (BUA) of more than 104,000m², the ambition of the venture was huge.

Serin took over Project Management of the entire project, including liaising between the Client and Architect, Hirsch Bedner Associates. Its expert team was then able to conclude all Fire & Life Safety (FLS) matters, the final Testing & Commissioning and systematic integration of all dynamic systems, ensuring the operators’ pre-opening preparations proceeded without risk to the opening date.

The property comprises 252 Guestrooms and Suites, 50 Luxury Serviced Apartments, 20 VIP Suites, eight Junior Suites, a Royal and Presidential Suite, five F&B Outlets, a Business Centre, two Ballrooms, pool deck and a luxurious Spa facility. It now stands as the foremost Five-Star Plus hotel in the Al Dafina area.
