Tower 121 is the north tower of a Twin Tower Development, which forms an outstanding architectural gateway to The Pearl Qatar.

Initially, the Tower 121 Plus project consisted of the commercial fit-out for leased offices on the first and second-floor levels. The offices were designed to be fully serviced, flexible smart offices, providing 915m² of rental space per floor.

The floors were subdivided into 12 individually leased offices of differing sizes, ranging from 20m² to 184m². Every office is serviced by a main reception area, common break zone, and other amenities with impressive views of The Pearl, West Bay and Gewan Island developments. The fit-out spans 2,196m², of which 1,830m² is rentable office space across two floors.
