In early 2020, Serin assisted Grafton in the development and construction of the Waldorf’s signature restaurant and beach club in Lusail, Doha.

The location includes a stunning dining room and outdoor terrace that extends into a show-stopping private beach club, the first of its kind. Anchored by custom-made, Brazilian-inspired terrazzo flooring, these seamlessly interconnected spaces create a truly sublime destination for cuisine, music and design from day into night.

Imagined by architectural firm ICRAVE, SUSHISAMBA’s iconic orange tree decor is redefined in this intimate, dream-like space for the ultimate world-class dining experience. The 7,000m² restaurant whisks guests away from the bustling city to a relaxed oasis of pleasure.

From a concrete shell, Serin’s expert team assisted in creating a vibrant and immersive dining locale that opens up to a multilayered beach club featuring cascading pools, private oases and an awe-inspiring 180° view of the mystical green waters of the Persian Gulf.
