Grafton wanted to create an extraordinary resort that would reflect and amplify its guests’ dream experience.

Using the skills of architects Wimberly Allison Tong & Goo and interior designers Pierre-Yves Rochon, Wimberly Interiors and Lambart & Browne, Serin’s expert team was able to realise the client’s vision from start to finish, complementing Grafton’s ideas with cutting-edge development and rollout.

The lavish resort now includes 267 guestrooms and suites, 13 hotel villas, 149 deluxe apartments, food & beverage outlets such as Sushi Samba and Scarpetta, a cigar lounge, health club and spa, a beach club with themed waterpark, and more than 1,700m² of additional leisure features.
