About
Tower 121 is the north tower of a Twin Tower Development, which forms an outstanding architectural gateway to The Pearl Qatar.
Serin was chosen by the Client for its ability to support in the competitive tender process to secure the tenancy for Shell’s new Qatar Headquarters, administered by Qatar Energy. Having reviewed five other buildings in the area, Shell chose ‘T121’ to house its Headquarters due to the quality of the proposed submission from Serin, the Client and the Design Team.
The Tower 121 Shell offices now comprise the fifth and sixth floor levels of fully serviced, flexible smart offices, designed and built using the ‘work well’ standards and in accordance with Shell’s detailed requirements. These included very specific IT capability, lighting and branding. In total, the fit-out equated to more than 7,000m², with 3,542m² for the fifth floor and 3,642m² for the sixth floor.
