About
Northview International School is located in Umm Garn, approximately 12km northwest of Lusail City in Qatar. Boasting an American curriculum spanning kindergarten to high school, Northview has an impressive capacity of 1,239 students. Operated by Artemis Education, with experience in Qatar and beyond, the school is a key player in the education sector.
Working with architects Al Sadd Consulting, Serin supported the Client with optimising the concession (PPP project), selecting an Operator with the precise experience and skills needed to undertake such an ambitious project, and delivering Cost and Project Management on site.
The school now has a total site area of 15,000m² and a designed Built-Up Area of 11,487m². The construction was completed in line with the Client’s expectations, and now consists of classrooms for students from kindergarten to high school, an administration area, canteen, domestic water and fire pump room, laboratories, staffroom, library, indoor swimming pool, sports and multi-purpose halls, gymnasium and a further outdoor area.
