By partnering with Damsa Trading and Contracting, Serin created a legacy in luxury commercial real estate with Tower 121, providing tenants and investors with a working environment that is not only practical, but also aesthetically pleasing and desirable.

The Client initially contracted us for the fitout of leased offices on the first and second floors. Following the successful completion of this work, we were asked to expand our services on the project.

Fitout of the 3rd and 4th floors are a replica of the first two floors, with “lessons learned” and updated client requirements taken into account to ensure the best possible leasing experience for future tenants. Each floor comprises subdivided offices varying in size from 17 sqm to 155 sqm. All offices have access to ancillary accommodation such as a main reception area, common break zone, meeting room and other common amenities.
