About
In the final stages of the development phase, Serin was approached by Grafton to facilitate the completion of the Waldorf Astoria Villas: four grand, resort-style residences spanning 7,805 sqm, gracefully positioned along a curved promenade beside the Waldorf Astoria Lusail hotel.
One year before the deadline, Serin’s multidisciplinary team took over project management of the entire project, from offering strategic design guidance and spatial planning support to ensuring the design intent was meticulously preserved throughout — particularly in the interior detailing and operational integration.
Working closely with architects and designers WATG and Wimberly Interiors, Serin ensured successful completion of the project without risk to the deadline.
Inspired by the architectural language of the neighbouring hotel, each villa is distinguished by expansive terraces, fluid curved balconies, and a refined architectural aesthetic that echoes understated luxury.<br /> Thoughtfully designed for elevated living, each villa features four en-suite bedrooms, all with private balconies and uninterrupted sea views. The crown jewel — a 200 sqm master suite — includes separate ‘His and Hers’ dressing rooms, a generous spa-style bathroom with integrated steam and sauna, a private treatment room, and a Jacuzzi terrace offering ultimate seclusion and relaxation.
On the ground and mezzanine levels, open-plan living and dining areas flow seamlessly, complemented by a home office and an elevated cigar lounge overlooking the main salon. The outdoor space extends into a private pool deck and entertaining terrace, blurring the lines between indoor comfort and outdoor elegance.
Each villa also includes a private lower-ground level with secure access and parking for two vehicles. This level houses a dedicated cinema room, service kitchen, and back-of-house facilities.
Residents can enjoy their privacy while still having access to the Waldorf’s facilities and amenities. Discreet corridors ensure seamless service and operational connectivity to the hotel, accessible via both ground and basement links.
This project exemplifies Serin’s commitment to delivering bespoke hospitality experiences that merge architectural excellence with intuitive luxury.
